Mimosa also has an exquisite cocktail menu to match the Mediterranean flavours of the cuisine.
Season 2024!
The hotel opens on Monday 18 March, and the Mimosa restaurant and bar on Friday 22 March. We look forward to seeing you and introducing you to our new products!
